Bosnia and Herzegovina
After I finished two weeks volunteering in Split, Croatia, I made my way down to Dubrovnik for a couple of days. I stayed in the historic old city, famous for being a filming location of Game of Thrones, and decided to embark on two day trips to Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro. The day trips included visits to the UNESCO World Heritage-listed city center of Pocitelj, the spiritual site of Medjugorje, and the iconic Old Mostar. The entire experience was truly breathtaking, filled with stunning landscapes and charming old-style architecture that left a lasting impression.
